对自身具有免疫作用的组织成分：①自身的组织成分(如晶体、精子），在正常情况下与血流和免疫系统相互隔绝不引起免疫应答。但因外伤、感染或手术等原因进入血流，可引起免疫应答。②自身的正常组织在细菌、药物、电离辐射等影响下改变了其原有的分子结构也会成为自身抗原，如服用匹拉米洞等药物改变白细胞的某些表面化学结构，成为自身抗原。③"禁忌克隆"的复活也可引起对自身组织的免疫应答。
