Method: 120 cases of frozen shoulders were divided into 4 groups according to their register order: group1 treated with simple active exercise of shoulder; group2 with exercise plus steroid nerve block; group3 with exercise, steroid nerve block and manipulation on frozen shoulder; and group4 as control group only oral vitamin B1,B6 and rest at home.
1组采用主动运动疗法;2组采用运动疗法加激素注射;3组采用运动疗法、激素注射加手法松解;4组为对照组,采用休息、VitB1口服。
