Fresh-frozen cadaveric knees were tested to examine the effects of patellar resurfacing on patellofemoral joint biomechanics changes in total knee arthroplasty, and to determine the proper highness of joint line in TKA, then tibial plateau-fibular head distance was measured on anterioposterior view of knee roentgenograms.
