| 痔 hemorrhoid 直肠下端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下扩大瘀张的静脉团块。俗称痔疮。位于齿状线（直肠粘膜和肛管皮肤交界处由多数肛乳头环形排列的特殊结构）以上者为内痔，以下者为外痔，上下均存在者为混合痔。成年人痔极为常见，发病率随年龄增长而逐渐增高，自从人类站立行走之日起，位于人体下部的直肠肛管的静脉回流增加了阻力，且此处的静脉无瓣膜控制血流方向，是痔形成的主要解剖因素；而直接病因与习惯性便秘、腹内压增高（如妊娠）、局部粘膜皮肤的擦伤感染，年老体弱肛门括约肌松弛等因素有关；饮酒，辛辣食物刺激亦是发病诱因。内痔多为大便时带鲜血而不疼痛，外痔便后疼痛较剧。多数病人局部热水坐浴或肛内用药并调理饮食可缓解症状；内痔还可应用硬化剂注射使其坏死脱落；重症者可采用手术或激光切除的办法，但复发的机会仍存在。
