阳虚证 阳虚证 证名。阳气虚衰所出现的病证。出《素问·调经论》。因素体阳气虚弱，或病邪损伤阳气所致。多见于慢性疾患。证见面色（白光）白，短气懒言，精神倦怠，四肢不温，尿清便溏，舌淡苔薄，脉细弱或大而无力。治宜益气温阳，用补中益气汤、理中丸、保元汤等方。亦指阴寒内盛，阳气衰微的病证，多见于重危病证。证见四肢逆冷，下利清谷，恶寒踡卧，喘息头汗，脉微欲绝等。治宜回阳救逆，用四逆汤、参附龙牡汤等方。
