[Objective] To investigate the expression of cyclooxygase-2 protein (COX-2) and apoptosis associated gene bcl-2 protein in skin neoplasms and primarily explore their over-expression in formation and development of neoplasms.

体表淋巴管道受到梗死时，使体表淋巴管曲张破裂淋巴液侵入皮层及皮下组织，可引起淋巴水肿，梗死如不解除，长期水肿可引起皮内和皮下纤维组织大量增生，其结果是皮肤、皮下组织及筋膜逐渐肥厚，皮肤过度角化，质硬如象皮称象皮肿。主要原因是丝虫感染所致。〔丶〕
