Clinically,the majority of patients not accompanied with paraneoplastic pemphigus abnormal pulmonary,showed asymptomatic,and only a very small number had lower abdominal discomfort or pain.
5-5cm;16例边缘光滑,9例密度均匀;7例钙化,均表现为中央区多发散在斑点状分支状钙化,其中5例伴周围散在多发斑点、条状钙化,1例同时伴有周边壳状及环状钙化;形态呈圆柱状或椭球形及球形;增强扫描动脉期及延迟期显著强化且与动脉几乎同步强化;临床上,不伴有副肿瘤天疱疮及肺部异常的病例,大部分无症状,极少数仅有下腹部不适或隐痛。

| 天疱疮 pemphigus 由表皮细胞松解而引起的大疱性皮肤病。是自身免疫性疾病，在表皮棘细胞间有免疫球蛋白，主要是IgG沉积。血清中有抗表细胞间物质抗体。可分5型：①寻常性天疱疮。多见，皮肢出现大疱，壁薄而破，尼氏症阳性。治疗不及时预后不良。②增殖性天疱疮。少见。③叶状天疱疮。少见。④红斑性天疱疮。面、颈、胸、背有红斑及脂溢鳞屑，较轻。⑤疱疹样天疱疮。为张力性小疱，有痒感。少见。天疱疮的治疗目前仍以皮质类固醇激素为主，并用支持疗法及抗生素防治感染，也可使用免疫抑制剂，必要时住院治疗。 |
