peripelvic cyst
在肾门附近，因受周围组织限制，乃向深部发展，直径小于5cm。发生原因有：①单纯肾囊肿生长在肾门内；②淋巴管梗阻后形成的淋巴囊肿；③由中肾管发生的，囊肿增大则挤压肾盂、肾盏使之变形，甚至积水。一般不须治疗，当有并发症时需手术治疗。
