胸膜腔开放引流术
open drainage of pleural cavity
包括：①切除部分肋骨开放粗管引流；②皮瓣开放引流；③局限性脓胸廓清术。适用于多房式或复杂性慢性脓胸及小儿葡萄球菌脓胸。置患者于侧卧位，局麻或全麻下，在脓腔底部沿肋间作一小切口，切除1～2根肋骨，脓腔切开后，探查并分离多房脓腔间隔，刮除坏死组织，反复冲洗清创，在脓腔底部作粗管引流，根据好转情况，逐渐将胸管剪短，一般持续开放引流数周。
