结核性干性胸膜炎
又称"纤维素性胸膜炎"肺结核蔓延至胸膜所致的炎症病变。好发于肺尖后部及胸下部的胸膜。胸膜充血、水肿，白细胞浸润有少量纤维蛋白渗出，致使胸膜增厚、粗糙。临床表现起病较急，症状轻重不一，常有畏寒、发热、胸痛(为剧烈的针刺样疼痛），呼吸急促表浅，有时伴有干咳。患侧呼吸运动受限及呼吸音减低，最主要的体征是胸膜摩擦音，治疗主要针对病因抗结核及对症治疗。
