The present study was to observe the effects of diethylstilbestrol on fetal rat mesencephalic neurons in vitro,the mesencephalon of fetal mice at embryonic day 14 was collected and made into cell suspension,then seeded into 24-well cell culture plate.

The toxicity of glutamate, NMDA and kainic acid(KA) on cultured ventral midbrain neurons of postnatal rats was investigated in vitro using the method of double fluorescence labeling with anti-TH and anti-GABA antibodies.
本研究分别以谷氨酸、N-甲基 -D-天冬氨酸和海人藻酸作用于体外培养的新生大鼠中脑腹侧神经元 ,经抗酪氨酸羟化酶和抗γ-氨基丁酸双重免疫荧光染色 ,观察了谷氨酸等三者对不同神经元的毒性作用。

To investigate the accumulative effect of brain injury after multiple cerebral concussion,we studied the histopathologic changes of cerebral neurons in multiple cerebral concussions rats which were duplicated using a metallic pendulum-striker concussive device.
为探讨多重脑震荡(multiple cerebral concussion,MCC)后脑损伤的累加效应机制,本实验首次应用自制单摆式机械打击装置复制MCC大鼠模型,研究伤后大鼠脑神经元的组织病理学变化。
