性质:决定坯、釉之间结合牢固程度的性质。影响这一性质的主要因素是坯、釉的化学组成,热膨胀第系数,界面层和釉的弹性。当釉的膨胀系数较坯体大时,釉层中就会出现张应力。若釉的收缩程度较小时,则出现压应力。当釉层中的张应力超过釉的弹性极限时,釉层就会开裂。釉层中的张应力过大时,釉层也会剥落。通常釉层能承受的压应力远比能承受的张应力大,因而使釉的膨胀系数略小于坯的膨胀系数,使制品在室温下釉层中存在少量压应力(称为压缩釉),坯、釉结合十分牢固。将坯泥制成长55mm,宽15mm,中部厚3mm(约占总长度的1/3)的试条。素烧后在中间薄的部分单面施一层釉。将试条的一端固定,在管状电炉中加热到烧成温度。冷却时用显微镜观察试条的变形状况。试条从烧成温度冷却到室温保持平直,表示釉层中没有出现应力。试条向施釉一面弯曲,表示釉层中出现张应力,即釉的膨胀系数较坯体的大,有釉裂倾向。试条向未施釉一面弯曲,表面釉层中出现压应力,釉的膨胀系数较坯体的小,有产生剥釉的倾向。
