【来源】
大戟科植物巴豆的叶片，植物形态详"巴豆"条。
【功用主治】
治疟疾，疮癣，跌打损伤，蛇伤。 ①《岭南采药录)："治恶疮，痰核。疮癣，疥癞等疾。" ②《南宁市药物志》："治蛇伤，理跌打。"
【用法与用量】
内凰研末酒冲。1～5厘；或胶囊装。外用：煎水洗或捣敷。
【选方】
①治疟疾：㈠巴豆叶(研细末)一厘，胶囊装，开水送服。㈡大叶双跟龙叶五厘，尖槟六分。研末用酒冲饮。 ②治跌打：巴豆叶三钱，两面针五钱，黑老虎五钱，金耳环三钱，千里马五镇，千斤拔五钱。共为末，姜、葱捣烂，和药末敷伤处。 ③治寒湿下坠，下肢浮肿：巴豆叶八钱，煎水熏洗。(选方均出《岭南草药志》) ④治毒蛇咬伤：干巴豆叶研末，每次二分，冷开水冲服。(《中医方药学》)
