性质:白色粉末。熔点261-263℃(分解)。溶于沸水,微溶于冷水,不溶于氯仿和乙醚。无味。

制备方法:腺嘌呤成盐而得。将腺嘌呤加入蒸馏水中,加热至沸,搅拌加磷酸至pH1-2,使全溶,加活性炭脱色0.5h,过滤,再重复脱色一次,滤液冷却结晶,过滤,结晶用蒸馏水洗涤,再用乙醇洗涤一次。干燥,得腺嘌呤磷酸盐(维生素B4)。谷氨酸发酵生产过程副产腺嘌呤。采用×7阳离子交换树脂吸附谷氨酸母液,收集洗脱液pH7-12部分,酸化滤除杂质,再以001×7树脂吸附,0.2N氢氧化钠洗脱,浓缩,结晶得腺嘌呤粗品。加水溶解,磷酸调pH 1-2,脱色,过滤,得腺嘌呤磷酸盐粗品。再经结晶,精制,干燥得维生素B4。

用途:有刺激性白细胞增生作用。用于各种原因引起的白细胞减少症,特别是由于肿瘤化疗、放射治疗以及苯类等药物中毒所造成的白细胞减少症。
