放射增敏剂(radiosensitizer)
是指单独使用不杀伤细胞,只有与射线共同使用时才提高射线杀伤作用的药物。放射增敏剂的能力用增敏比SER(sensitivityenhancementratio)表示,为
SER=不用增敏剂时达到某一效应的放射剂量/使用增敏剂时达到同样效应的放射剂量
在作增敏剂的横向比较时,还用到另一个量—c1.6,是指增敏比为1.6时的增敏剂浓度。可列入增敏剂的有:BSO(D,L-丁硫氨酸-S,R-亚砜基亚胺)和DEM(顺丁烯二乙脂)、PNAP(双硝基苯乙酮)等。
