主料： 珍珠鸡1只（约500克），珍珠菜50克，红萝卜1根。
配料： 盐3克，料酒50毫升，葱2根，生姜2片。
做法： 1、珍珠菜洗净后，加入适量清水，用一砂锅先熬出汤汁。除去菜渣，滤出汤汁，待用。
2、将珍珠鸡斩成块，用沸水氽去血秽后，装入炖盅，加入盐。
3、用红萝卜挖出8个球形圆粒，放于鸡块上面。
4、倒入适量沸水和药汁，约炖1小时至肉熟烂即可。
特点： 红绿相映，汤清味美。
药用价值： 珍珠鸡味甘，性温；珍珠菜味辛涩，性平；红萝卜味辛甘，性凉。本品能温中益气，固精益髓，活血化瘀，调经消肿，消食化痰，清热解毒，对食积不消，咳嗽多痰、脘痛腹胀、虚劳消瘦等症状有明显缓解作用。
