这把手枪看起来很像hk p2000手枪，但比较小。因为这是p2000的缩小型，但现在hk公司还没有正式公布这把新枪，这些资料是一位匈牙利的枪评家访问hk德国公司时采访到的，并把这些资料及图片提供给最大的hk fans站——hk pro。
图中的这把枪身上的序号是121-000003，就是说是第3把原型枪。这种枪保留有原尺寸p2000的特征，包括可更换的不同尺寸握把片和两手都可操作的空仓挂机柄，和枪管长度大约三英寸的长度，而且弹匣与原尺寸的p2000通用。在美国民间销售的弹匣将只有10发容量，比欧洲的少。
