膈神经受损,神经冲动被阻断而产生的一侧或两侧的膈肌运动障碍的现象。最常见为肺癌转移至纵隔的淋巴结压迫或侵蚀膈神经或由于脊髓前角灰质炎、结核、白喉、纵隔炎等病的累及,造成一侧膈肌麻痹,由于代偿作用,患者常无症状,仅于卧位时有气短;两侧膈肌麻痹出现紫绀、明显呼吸困难、端坐呼吸和低氧血症。主要是对症治疗。
