指细胞与细胞间的一种连接方式。多见于上皮细胞的顶部,在电镜标本(细胞纵切面)上,可见两个相邻细胞之间无缝隙,胞膜互相连成索状。它除起连接作用外,还有封闭细胞间隙(粘膜屏障)的作用。
