[Methods] From March 2003 to August 2005,33 patients with DeBakey type I aortic dissection underwent surgical treatment under cardiopulmonary bypass.

Objective To review the operative treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of De Bakey type I or II aortic dissection.
方法2001年3月～2004年5月对36例DeBakeyI、II型主动脉夹层患者进行手术治疗,其中11例行Bentall手术;11例行Bentall手术+二尖瓣置换+三尖瓣成形术;5例行升主动脉置换术+主动脉瓣成形手术+全弓置换术+象鼻手术或降主动脉支架术(腔内隔绝术);3例行升主动脉置换术;2例行Bentall手术+次全弓置换术;2例行升主动脉置换术+主瓣动瓣置换术;2例行升主动脉置换术+主动脉瓣成形术。
3) DeBakeyⅢb dissection

Objective To test the curative effect of covered endovascular stent in treatment of chronic DeBakeyⅢb dissection.
结论 覆膜支架是一种治疗DeBakeyⅢb型夹层动脉瘤的有效的方法 ,早期结果满意 ,中远期效果还有待进一步观察。
