| 消法 消散和破削体内有形积滞，以祛除病邪的治疗方法。中医辨证论治八法之一。又称消积导滞法。运用范围比较广泛，凡由气、血、痰、湿、食等壅滞而形成的积滞痞块，均可用消法。由于致病的原因和病情的不同，消散的方法可分为消食导滞、消痞化积、软坚散结、消肿溃坚等。消法与下法均可消除有形之邪，但 两者作用不同，下法是在燥屎、瘀血、停痰、留饮等有形实邪必须急于排除，且有可能排除的情况下使用；消法则是在慢性的积聚，尤其是气血积聚而成的啯瘕痞块，不可能且无条件排除的时候采用。下法是猛攻急下，消法是渐消缓散，方法不同，用药也各异。消法虽较泻下法缓和，但仍属祛邪之法，对于纯虚无实之证应禁用。 |
