family therapy
家庭治疗(family therapy)心理治疗的一种形式和方法。由美国精神病学家迈尔(MeyeT，A)首创。这种治疗方法把家庭作为整体看待，着意于病态情感结构和其发展过程，治疗对象不限于个别病人，而是把整个家庭成员作为治疗的重点。家庭是社会的一个功能单位，组成家庭的每个成员的个性、价值观以及对社会的适应模式，皆在家庭的熏陶下形成。彼此之间的密切交往，就会产生正性的或负性的相互影响。但是，由于家庭功能不良，每个成员必定在不同程度上卷入家庭纠纷，在病态的家庭关系中都占有一角，从而导致病态情感或行为障碍。因此，家庭治疗以三个设想为基础:(l)针对整个家庭成员，进行集体心理治疗，纠正共有的心理病态。(2)“确诊的病人”(identified patient)所存在的问题只不过是症状而已，其家庭本身才是“病人”。(3)治疗者应避免卷入纠纷，而应在家庭内部调节人际关系，促进谅解，使家庭成员了解家庭中的病态情感结构及其发展过程，改善和整合家庭功能，产生治疗性的影响，达到和睦相爱，向正常方向发展。 (杨津广撰梁宝勇市)
