This article expounded the characteristics of Ca~(2+) transport system in skeletal muscle cells,the effects of exercise on the Ca~(2+) transport system in plama membrane,sarcoplasmic and mitochonrion,the effect of excessive higher concentration of Ca~(2+) in cytoplasm on the muscle function,in order to provide some references for researching the mechanism of skeletal muscle fatigue.
本文着重阐明:骨骼肌细胞的钙离子转运系统的特点;运动对质膜、肌浆网和线粒体钙转运系统功能的影响;胞浆Ca2+过度增高对肌肉功能的影响;旨在为骨骼肌运动疲劳机理的研究提供参考。
