Objective To assess the changes of global systolic function of left ventricular(LV)in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)before and after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG)using volume-time curve(VTC)by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).

心室容积曲线
根据左前斜45°心血池系列影像，用计算机的ROI技术可生成左、右心室心动周期的时间-放射性曲线。由于心室内的放射性计数与心室内血量成正比，即与心室容积成正比，因而此曲线实为心室容积曲线，根据此曲线可以计算出很多心功能参数。
