PurposeOral leukoplakia (OLK) means a white patch on oral mucosa that can t be rubbed off, checked by histology and showing epithelial unusual hyperplasias and its canceration rate reach3-5%, OLK is considered to be the the most typical precancerous lesions.
目的 口腔黏膜白斑(oral leukoplakia，OLK)是口腔黏膜的常见病变，组织学检查显示鳞状上皮单纯增生或／和异常增生者，是癌前病变。

慢性炎症引起的癌前病变。多见于包茎者。在阴茎头及包皮处出现片状或点状白色斑块，表面粗糙，上皮角化过度。宜早期预防，有包茎及包皮过长时行包皮环切术。观察局部变化中疑有恶变者，经活体组织检查确诊有癌变，则应行阴茎部分切除术。
