为研究子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜的分子生物学特质,采用免疫组化方法检测56例子宫内膜异位症患者(研究组)及35例肌间型子宫肌瘤患者(对照组)的在位内膜中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)及其抑制剂(TIMP1),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,利用图像分析仪测定相应密度代表其表达强度,发现研究组中MMP9、VEGF的表达及MMP9/TIMP1的比值均显著高于对照组,且ER丧失周期性变化规律。
