By using the experimental model of mouse S180 ascites sarcoma, the effects of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with the traditional antitumor medicine of cyclophosphamide on the induced IL-2 activity and T lymphocyte proliferative responses of splenic T lymphocyte in S180 ascites sarcoma bearing mice were explored systematically.
