配料：豆瓣酱，酱油，泡辣椒，泡姜，葱段，生姜，蒜，鸡精（味精），生粉，料酒，花椒粒
做法：猪肝切片，猪腰洗净，剔掉中间白色的东东，洗多几遍，切成花，用生粉，料酒拌匀…
炒锅放油，用花椒粒炸香，倒入肝腰，翻炒几下，倒入豆瓣酱，炒匀。
放入泡姜，泡辣椒，生姜，蒜瓣，快速翻几下。
加入少许酱油，葱段，鸡精调味起锅。
