性质:又称部分交叉耐药性。指耐药菌株对某种抗生素产生耐药,但对其他一些抗生素仍敏感;反之对其他一些抗生素耐药者多对某种抗生素耐药。如链霉素与其他氨基糖苷类多表现单向交叉耐药性,即链霉素耐药菌株对其他氨基糖苷类仍敏感,反之对其他氨基糖苷类耐药者多对链霉素耐药。
