Objective To establish a cell model for quick screening new peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors γ (PPAR γ) agonists and utilize it to analyze the capability of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), oxidized high-density lipoprotein (ox-HDL) and resveratrol in activating PPARγ.
