[Object] To discuss the change of the intestinal motility in acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats, and the correlation between the intestinal motility and the serum MOT, VIP, TNF-α and IL-6, and the impact of CQCQ decoction and somatostatin.

急性感染、传染性疾病所产生的毒素引起脑部变态反应、缺血、缺氧和类似脑炎的一种疾病。多在急性感染、传染性疾病发展之中或恢复期发病。突发高热、头痛、恶心、呕吐、抽搐、失语、失明、瘫痪、颈强直、兴奋躁动、去大脑性强直、昏迷和双侧病理反射阳性等。少数重症患者可危及生命。脑脊液检查除压力、蛋白增高外余均正常。根据突发的脑部症状和与急性感染、传染性疾病的密切并存关系，以及脑脊液检查结果可予诊断。在病因治疗的同时，加强抗变态反应、抗脑水肿、解毒和止痉等对症处理。
