性质:无色菱形结晶。溶于水,微溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚。其一水化合物的熔点236℃(分解),旋光度+28.6°(c=2.1mol/L盐酸)。从顺丁烯二酸酐合成得到是DL-门冬酰胺,从白羽扇豆等生物材料制得是L-门冬酰胺。
