软产道损伤 birth canal,laceration of 分娩过程中软产道(子宫下段、阴道、会阴)发生的裂伤。按部位分别为子宫破裂、宫颈裂伤和会阴阴道裂伤(会阴裂伤),以会阴裂伤最常见。原因为分娩过程中骨盆狭窄、胎位不正造成梗阻性难产或使用催产素不当造成子宫破裂;宫颈口未开全时产妇用力屏气,宫缩过强或阴道手术助产造成宫颈裂伤;产程过快、胎儿过大或接产时保护会阴手法不当造成会阴裂伤。产后经仔细检查软产道,可以确诊。一旦确诊,应立即手术缝合。 |
