dushiz00杜氏藻(Dunaliclla)属多毛藻科(巧卜blevh而-daceae)，杜氏藻属藻类植物，又称盐藻。此属种类很多，广泛分布于沿海盐田或沿岸海域。现在用于工厂化生产的有两种，即杜氏藻(D.、alina)和巴德杜氏藻(D.6“几勿足‘111)。杜氏 /义入\\石万_一万\\ /了间八\/汀护、龙月\、\\一/ /八~月\/叭从刀耐‘声种宋丫‘菜二_/锣\、{哭)岁{//狡.\铡 杜氏藻藻是一种具2条等长鞭毛的单胞藻，细胞卵形，细胞内常形成大量俘一胡萝卜素，使藻体呈黄褐色或红褐色。杜氏藻产生俘一胡萝卜素是以9一反式日一胡萝卜素为主要成分的异构体的混合物，因而具有高的脂溶性，呈黄红色;天然p一胡萝卜素不仅仅是优良的食品天然色素，而且具有很强的抗氧化作用，是多种癌细胞的良好抑制剂。 世界上以澳大利亚的产量最多，美国、以色列的产量也不少，中国在天津和内蒙古有两个具一定规模的工厂，目前产量不高。(胡鸿钧)
