奴卡菌病
系由奴卡菌属引起的局限性或播散性、亚急性或慢性化脓性疾病。分布于全世界，我国各地亦有报告。本病可由星形奴卡菌或巴西奴卡菌引起，病菌为需氧菌，存在于土壤。带菌的灰尘、土壤或食物通过呼吸道、皮肤或消化道进入体内，然后局限于某一器官或组织，或经血循环散播到脑、肾或其它器官。表现为大叶性肺炎、肺脓疡、脑脓疡、肾脓疡的症状和体征。治疗药物主要为磺胺制剂，其次是抗生素。此外要根据情况，进行脓肿切开，对症治疗及支持疗法等。
