Objectives In this study,MRI of repairable bucket-handle meniscus tear(BHT) was retrospectively reviewed to investigate the clinical diagnostic approach and predicted value of MRI in the diagnosis of nondisplaced bucket-handle tear.
目的:回顾性研究进行手术修补的半月板桶柄样撕裂(BHT)的病例,探讨无移位的半月板桶柄样撕裂的临床诊断方法及可修补性判断。

McMurray test
半月板在外力作用下易发生撕裂损伤。患者多有外伤史，有膝痛、打软、腿和关节交锁等表现，可见股四头肌萎缩，局部有压痛，多数病例显示麦氏试验(McMurray test)阳性，研磨试验(apley test)有助于鉴别膝部韧带与半月板损伤。X线摄片以排除骨折等病变。膝关节镜对诊断有意义，并可进行镜下修补或切除术。非手术疗法适用于急性期和症状轻微者。撕裂严重、症状明显者可行手术切除或关节镜下切除。近年，有对半月板进行修复的文献报道。
