心房颤动
atrial fibrillation

又称“心房纤颤”,是临床较常见而重要的一种异位心律。常见于风湿性二尖瓣狭窄、冠心病、高血压性心脏病、心肌病及洋地黄中毒。临床表现为心悸、头晕、胸闷,严重者可发生心力衰竭和肺水肿;查体心律绝对不齐、心音强弱不等、脉搏短绌。心电图表现为:①P波消失,代之以形态、间距及振幅绝对不规则的心房颤动波(f波),频率为350~600次/min;②心室率快而不规则。治疗用洋地黄制剂,亦可选用维拉帕米、奎尼丁及同步直流电击复律等方法。
