方法对82例CHF患者按纽约心脏病学会心功能分级标准分为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级组,根据超声心动图检查结果,将入选者分为左心室正常组(左心室舒张末期容积≤55mm)和左心室增大组(左心室舒张末期容积≥55mm),用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清LTB4含量,并与20例健康体检者进行对照。
