杰村乡位于江西省赣州市兴国县东南半山区，乡政府驻杰村圩，距县城21公里，交通便利，东毗于都县仙霞乡，南邻本县社富乡，西连本县埠头乡、社富乡，北接本县江背镇。全乡辖区面积112平方公里，全乡总人口约1.8万人，耕地面积16020亩，山地15.1627万亩，辖16个村民居委会，1个乡办林场，164个村民小组，有远近文明的“水角楼”属省重点保护文物，该楼位于圩上村田迳组，距乡1公里。
境内丘陵和冲积平原各占一半，地势东南高，西北低，林场海拔1081.9米，是杰村的最高点，距乡政府12公里，林场有丰富的木材和竹材等资源。乡农业主要有水稻、茶叶、花生、生姜、甘蔗、大豆、红薯、芋头、水产养殖等，水果主要有柑橘、脐橙、李、梨、枣、柿、西瓜等。天然资源丰富，如得天独厚的水资源可开发利用建造发电站等，矿产资源主要有钨、萤石、铅锌、硅、金矿等。
