| 女性生殖道瘘 female genital tract，fistula of 女性生殖道与附近器官（主要指泌尿道和肠道）之间形成的异常通道。又称尿瘘、粪瘘。形成原因以产伤为主，其次有手术、放射线损伤，尤指阴道镭疗、癌瘤浸润、长期放置子宫托等。尿瘘按发生部位又分为膀胱阴道瘘、尿道阴道瘘、膀胱宫颈瘘、膀胱尿道阴道瘘、输尿管阴道瘘。前3种常见。临床表现为不自主地自阴道漏尿，漏尿多少依瘘孔部位和大小而异。可借助探针、导尿管、尿道内注入美蓝液体等方法协助诊断。粪瘘常见的为直肠阴道瘘，表现为大便失禁不能控制，粪便和气体自阴道排出。阴道及肛门检查即可诊断。治疗以手术修复为主，小的新鲜瘘道有希望自然愈合，注意术前充分控制炎症，术后加强护理以保证手术一次成功，因为再次手术困难很大而且效果也不好。
