Early contact of the clinic is designed to recognize the complaint and physical sign of different diseases as earlier as possible,en- hance sensible recognition and make theory and reality integrate more closely.
早期接触临床旨在让医学生尽早认识疾病的症状与体征,增加感性认识,并在学习过程中将理论与实践有机结合为一体。

1.汉末许汜遭乱过下邳，见陈登，登轻视汜，自上大床卧，使汜卧下床。后汜以此事告刘备，备曰:"君求田问舍，言无所采，是元龙(陈登之字)所讳也，何缘当与君语?如小人，欲卧百尺楼上，卧君于地，何但上下床之间邪?"见《三国志．魏志．陈登传》。后因以"上下床"喻高低悬殊。
