Objective:In present study,we researched the association between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) C1772T,which located in exon 12 of HIF-1αgene,and left ventricular structure and function,and explored feasibility that SNP/C1772T was as genetic mark for predicting the effect of aerobic endurance training.
