A Study of Model Training Method Applied in Advanced Men s Long Jump Training in Colleges and Universities;

This thesis will prove the possibility of applying model training method into the training of advanced men s long jump in colleges and universities by the method of questionnaires,talkings,experiments and statistics etc.

The factors of model training method are deficient in integrity and rationality,and model training method is inadequate in sports training practice instruction.
