Method: Caldwell-Luc operation was performed on 12 patients with pure invasive,and endoscopic sinus surgery was performed on 18 patients with fungal sinusitis of maxillary sinus combined with ethmoid sinusitis.
目的:比较柯-陆氏手术和鼻内窥镜手术治疗非侵袭性上颌窦炎的疗效。

陆氏，娄县人，适周姓。中年茹素，受五戒。遇西禅寺僧迈春，示念佛法门，即依教行持，三十年不倦。夫死，依婿袁退庵家栖止。嘉庆十一年，感微疾。一心念佛，期生净土。临终，右胁而卧，如入禅定。室中异香，直透中堂。及殓，犹有余香。（染香集）
