是指带第1掌骨背动、静脉的示指背侧轴型皮瓣的移位手术。其范围远端到示指近侧指间关节水平，两侧至指侧方中线，近侧可延伸到手掌背部。我国侯春林(1984年)报告此皮瓣移位修复拇指指端缺损，亦可修复虎口创面，不仅感觉良好，皮肤质量亦好。
