材料：小章鱼、海带芽、红辣椒、葱白。
调味酱料：醋3大匙、糖3大匙、香油1小匙、鱼露1小匙(没有也没关系)芝麻(押碎)1小匙酱料的份量可依情况增加!
做法：
1、小章鱼处理过切小段后放入滚水中烫至变色，即可捞起
2、海带芽稍微冲一下水后放入滚水中烫软，即可捞起
3、红辣椒切丝，葱白切丝
4、加入预先调好的酱料，混合搅拌均匀，即可(拌好后放冰箱冷藏约半天，味道会更好吃)
