溶组织内阿米巴
entamoeba histolytica
又称“痢疾阿米巴”，引起阿米巴肠病的一种变形虫。有两种形态，即滋养体和包囊。滋养体是寄生形式，寄生于结肠腔和肠壁中，在无氧条件下生长最好，在体外不能增殖。滋养体有大小之别，大滋养体是其致病型，常见于急性期病人的粪便和病灶组织中，故又称组织型滋养体，直径20～30μm。活动性较强，小滋养体直径3～12μm，运动迟缓，见于无症状带虫者，故又称肠腔型滋养体。小滋养体在肠腔的常先形成包囊，再排出体外。包囊具有保护性外壁，对外界环境抵抗力强，在一般温度中能生存2～4周，在60℃时只能存活10分钟，包囊为传播疾病的惟一形态。溶组织阿米巴能在人工培养基中生长，细菌的共存有利于繁殖。人经吞入污染包囊的食物和水而被感染。
