药理作用及用途： 为抗胆碱能神经药，作用类似阿托品。
用于胃肠道、胆管、胰管、输尿管痉挛引起的绞痛，血管痉挛和栓塞引起的循环障碍，如脑梗死、锥动脉供血不足、血栓闭塞性脉管炎及感染中毒性休克。有机磷中毒的解救作用较阿托品弱。
用法及用量：
治疗腹痛:5～10mg口服或肌内注射。
治疗循环障碍:10～20mg，静脉小壶，4～6次/日或30～40mg/日加入500ml液体中静滴。
治疗有机磷中毒用法同阿托品。
不良反应：
可见口干、皮肤潮红、心率增快、视力模糊、排尿困难。用量过大有类似阿托品样中毒症状，可用新斯的明或氢溴酸加兰他敏解除症状。
注意事项： 同阿托品。
规格： 片剂: 5mg， 10mg 注射剂: 5mg， 10mg， 20mg (氢溴酸盐)
