手太阳经筋 手太阳经筋 十二经筋之一。《灵枢·经筋》：“手太阳之筋，起于小指之上，结于腕，上循臂内廉，结于肘内锐骨之后，弹之应小指之上，入结于腋下；其支者，后走腋后廉，上绕肩胛，循颈，出走太阳之前，结于耳后完骨；其支者，入耳中；直者出耳上，下结于颌。上属目外眦。……本支者。上曲牙，循耳前，属目外眦，上颌，结于角。”即该经筋起于小指上边，结于腕部，上沿臂内侧，结于肱骨内上踝后，进入腋下，分支走向腋后侧，上绕肩胛，沿颈旁，走足太阳经筋的前边，结于耳后完骨（乳突）；分支进入耳中。直行者，出耳上方，向下结于下颌部，上边属目外眦。颈部的一支，上向下颌角，沿耳前，属目外眦，上额，结于头角。
