Objective:To detect D-Dimer(DD),thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),plasmin-antiplasmin complex(PAP) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in order to find their clinical significance in the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of COPD.
目的:检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在急性加重期血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、纤溶酶-抗纤溶酶复合物(PAP)含量。

Objective To measure various coagulation markers such as prothrombin fragment F1+2(F1+2),thrombin/antithrombin complexes(TAT) and D-dimer,and evaluate the outcome of early diagnosis and management of pre-disseminated intravascular(coa)-gulations(pre-DIC) in high-risk neonates.

抗凝血酶-Ⅲ
血浆中最重要的一种生理性抗凝物质。既经常将其分为六种(ATⅠ-Ⅵ）。现已明确其中只有AT-Ⅲ在体内有重要的生理意义。AT-Ⅲ主要由肝合成，为一种单链糖蛋白，分子量为65000，含425个氨基酸，排列顺序也已大体搞清。用其抗血清检测AT-Ⅲ正常水平为180～300g/L，抗凝血酶活动度为80%～120%。AT-Ⅲ是一种多功能的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制物，故除对凝血酶有抑制作用外，对血液中其他已被激活的以丝氨酸为活性中心的凝血因子、抗凝因子也有抑制作用，如对Ⅹa、Ⅸa、Ⅻa、Ⅶa、纤溶酶等。AT-Ⅲ占血浆中总抗凝酶活性的50%～67%，肝素作用于AT-Ⅲ的赖氨酸残基面使其抗凝血酶作用增强1000倍。
